Don't trust anyone

As December 31, 1999 and the year 2000 approach, the world's security systems are on the verge of total collapse. Known as the Panic of 2000, the U.S. government took precautions by backing up top secret files on two drives. From U.S. Treasury records to military plans, these drives are protected by the CIA, NSA, and the President, and the loss of these documents could have devastating consequences for U.S. national security. Ten years later, a small town police officer (played by Douglas Rouillard) investigates a series of murders and discovers that the victims were all soldiers who were imprisoned and were released from a prison. He quickly learns that behind the murders is a conspiracy by the U.S. government to imprison and kill these soldiers who were involved in storing state secret documents. Then, one of the drives went missing. The question is, who took it and why? As the death toll mounts, he turns to his brother to discover the truth and expose the truth.
