"The Evil Girl" is a thriller. The plot is about a powerful female anchor played by Shao Yuwei, who discovers that her long-single father (played by Li Tianzhu) is dating a mysterious middle-aged woman (played by Lin Meixiu) who can cook and do health care on the condition of marriage. She followed up further and discovered that many of this woman's previous fiancés had committed suicide and left their property to her before their deaths. When the female anchor was investigating this matter, she also became entangled with the lawyer (played by Feng Xiaoyue) and her lover (played by Zeng Shaozong)...
