Rich businessman Mr. Chao made a will before his death, passing all his inheritance to his daughter Feifei (played by Sandra Ng) in France. The will was kept by Mr. Chao. Mr. Chao's unscrupulous son Qiu Qiu tried every possible means to amend his will, while the second master's unscrupulous son Dasha also wanted to obtain the will and revise it privately. One night, Lucky Star (played by Stephen Chow) was caught by Dasha when he went to Chao's house to steal. Seeing that he was good at stealing, Dasha ordered Lucky Star to help him steal the will.
