Dou·gu

The movie "Dou·gu" is adapted from the novel "Drum Soul" and is directed by national first-class director Song Yeming. The film is based on the folk culture of Ansai, Shaanxi Province. It tells the intricate story of love and resentment between two families in the Gaoshizhai area after the Revolution of 1911 in the last century, and presents the local customs and folk culture. During the filming of the film, non-professional actors such as local waist drummers and folk artists were boldly used to show the beauty of original art.
