Perhaps, life is a big mountain or a big river. From the moment we are born, we are destined to cross mountains and rivers to pursue our own destiny. And the mountains and rivers crossed are the story this movie wants to tell. The film is composed of eight stories: "Parents", "Meteor", "Grandpa Fox's Gift", "1728", "Mr. Rabbit", "Pinggathering", "New Wishes" and "Watching Off", which interprets the eight tastes of life: birth, old age, illness, death, not wanting, not letting go, separation from love, and long-lasting resentment.
