Biologist Naoto Kuraki (played by Toshiji Tasaki) and his girlfriend Jujo Sayoko (played by Yoshiyuki Yumi) went on an adventure in the Amazon jungle. They caught a strange creature there. Despite the warning of the local wizard, the strange creature still entered Sayoko's body in the chaos. She has since become the monster's puppet. A year later in Japan, five young men and women: Kiriyama Saki (played by Chika Uchiyama), Akabane Mari (played by Mitsuru Nana), Mikage Ryoko (played by Kaoru Sakurako), Omiya Hiroshi (played by Togo Okumoto) and Yono Akira (played by Tomohiro Okada) came to the mountains to play, and they settled in an abandoned fishery testing site. The indifferent man and woman inadvertently awakened the sleeping Sayoko (the monster), and a dark night killing ensued...
