Li Huairang, the governor of Guachuan, lost his beloved daughter and could not bear the pain of longing for her, so he hired the painter Sang Ziming to paint a portrait of his daughter. While painting, Sang Ziming had already encountered various strange events, but he was a brave man and did not take it seriously. One day, Sang Ziming met a woman named Lianxiang outside. The woman claimed to be a famous prostitute in Dunhuang Town. Now she was homeless. Unable to withstand the temptation of Lianxiang's beauty, Sang Ziming took her home by mistake. Afterwards, Lianxiang left, and Sang Ziming accidentally got a guqin by the Crescent Spring.
