Ning chatted happily with Yan Chixia (played by Yang Zhiqing), a foreign knight in the ancient temple, and met the female ghost Nie Xiaoqian (played by Leti) the night after. Xiaoqian seduces people with her beauty, and those who fall for her trap will be sucked to death by her master, the thousand-year-old tree spirit Grandma (played by Tang Ruojing). Xiaoqian originally wanted to harm Caichen, but was moved by his loyalty and uprightness and couldn't bear to do it, and the two gradually fell in love. When grandma learned about this, she wanted to get rid of these two people. As a last resort, Ning Caichen turns to Yan Chixia for help, and a battle between humans and ghosts begins...
