Catherine the Great Season 3 (plot commentary)

In 1774, the rule of Catherine the Great came under huge threats from all sides. A war with Turkey may make Russia famous, or it may never recover. At this time, the fleeing Poles and French adventurers in Paris held an important trump card against Catherine the Great - Elizaveta Tarakanova, who claimed to be the daughter of the Russian Empress Elizabeth Petrovna.
