Brothers and Brothers

Yu Dahai (played by Zhang Guoli), a middle-aged man, has spent half his life in waste, and nothing good seems to have happened to him. He used to be a truck driver for a state-owned factory. After the factory closed down, he started to rent a car. He worked early and late to earn hard-earned money. His wife Zhu Meilian (played by Deng Jie) couldn't stand his dull temper, so she divorced and left. After the death of his parents, Dahai raised his two younger brothers alone. The second brother Da Yong (played by Liu Yanjun) worked as a foreman and was considered the most promising among the brothers; the third brother Da Jiang (played by Tan Yang) was frail and sick. There is another younger brother Dashui (played by Chen Jianbin) who was given away by his parents in his early years and was later imprisoned for fighting. Ojiang was diagnosed with leukemia, but his two brothers failed to be successfully matched. The anxious Dahai thought of his fourth brother whom he had not seen for a long time - a prisoner named Zhao Yuan who had been in prison for eleven years. Due to his sincerity, Dashui finally agreed to match, saving the third child's life, and the four brothers finally got together. I am a little poor, but I can still get by, not to mention that I still have family ties that are thicker than water!
