Four generations under one roof

The new version of "Four Generations Under One Roof" is adapted from Lao She's original work of the same name. It focuses on the life of four generations of the Qi family (played by Zeng Jing as Mr. Qi, Huang Lei as Qi Ruixuan, Jiang Qinqin as Yunmei and Chen Hao as Qi Ruifeng) living under one roof in Xiaoyangquan Hutong. line, supplemented by the life and death of Guan Jia (played by Zhao Baogang and Da Chibao by Yuan Qiu), Xiao Cui, Xiao Wen, Uncle Li Si and Sun Qi in the alley, it truly records the ups and downs of the North during the Anti-Japanese War. The abnormal world situation after the fall of Peking vividly depicts the tragic experience of the majority of civilians under the iron heel of the Japanese invaders. It truly reproduces the ideological change process of the people of Peiping from denying reality to finally recognizing the dangerous situation. It depicts the mental journey of some people from "small family" to "big family" and the gradual upgrade from passive to active resistance struggle. It also depicts the ugly face and final fate of some people who betray the country and seek glory despite the hatred of the country's enemies. At the same time, in order to reflect the contemporary nature while being closer to the original work, the new version of "Four Generations Under One Roof" has strengthened the weight of national promotion and accelerated the visibility of narrative plots and scenes.
