The story begins seven years after the events of the first season. The rules of Gunpla battle have been reformed, making the battle more popular. Although Iori Makoto and Reiji won the 7th Gunpla Battle World Championship, they also brought a lot of glory to their school, Seiho Academy. However, its "Gunpla Battle Club" only has one director, junior junior high school student Hoshino Fumina. Under the new competition rules, if you want to participate in the competition, you must participate in a group of 3 people. However, the Seiho Academy Gunpla Battle Club was unable to show up due to insufficient numbers. By chance, a transfer student appeared, Shenmu Shijie, who had followed his master to practice Dimension Overlord style for many years. Later, Kosaka Yuma, known as the genius Gundam model creator, also joined.
