With the help of the omnipotent weapon criminal investigator Dr. Ufkok (voiced by Sapien Yashima), the girl Luann Barrot (voiced by Hayashihara Emi) who sneaked into the extremely luxurious but dangerous casino "Paradise" finally defeated the technologically advanced Armored Ashleigh after repeated gambling games. She won the million-dollar bet and successfully obtained the chips containing the memory of Sher (voiced by Kazuya Nakai). But at the same time, Boyd (voiced by Tsutomu Isobe) is chasing after her, determined to kill Luen. As Sher's memory comes to light, all the ugliness reaches the moment of decision... This film is adapted from Chong Fangding's science fiction novel and is the last part in the "Girl in the Shell" trilogy (the first two parts are "Compression" and "Burning").
