The story takes place in the distant year 2020. In the war with the mysterious creature "Gastrula", mankind tasted complete failure for the first time. The land was deprived, the rights were squeezed, and under the ruthless dictatorship, mankind was forced to live a repressed life of eking out an ignoble existence. However, even so, the strong people still did not give up the opportunity to resist. In order to fight against the powerful enemy, the "Tendou Civilian Security Company" was established. On the surface, Satomi Rentaro (voiced by Kaji Yuki) is just an ordinary sixteen-year-old public servant, but in fact, he has become a member of the "civilian police" at a young age.
