The country of GA, surrounded by the sea, has a strict class system composed of three regions. The capital "Akatsuki" has an artificial sun and is a high-end city for a specific group of people in the upper class. Then there is the city "Usali" for the middle class, and the third area "Yodaca" where the poor residents of the lower class gather. Between these three areas, there are "bridges" that only allow people with government-issued passes. And that little artificial sun only exists to illuminate the capital, and the world is surrounded by bottomless darkness.
