Trap

The story follows the magician Naoko Yamada (played by Yukie Nakama) and the physicist Jiro Ueda (played by Hiroshi Abe) who jointly reveal the truth about "superpowers". This drama is divided into 2 and 3 episodes as a unit. In each unit, the two protagonists will meet different people who claim to have super powers, such as clairvoyance, mind reading, and foreseeing the future... These unfathomable skills make almost everyone convinced. However, Naoko and Ueda have a way to discover each other's true face. Not only that, they can also reveal the specific process of deception and explain the reasons from a scientific perspective. But one day, Naoko actually received a call from her late father, and was then taken to an island and worshiped as a "saint". Is Naoko herself really a real superpower as the islanders said?
