60-year-old Love Letter

Tachibana Kohei (played by Masatoshi Nakamura) and his wife Chihiro (played by Mieko Harada) have long had no relationship. He decided to file for divorce on the day of retirement, and then run the office with his lover Natsumi. Qianxun worked hard as a full-time housewife for thirty years, but unexpectedly she suddenly lost her job. In desperation, she found a part-time job serving a woman named Reiko (Keiko Toda). Reiko and Qianxun soon became good friends who talked about everything. With Reiko's help, Qianxun's whole person took on a new look and became full of energy. The transformed Chihiro attracted the attention of novelist Aso, but Chihiro's heart was still tied to Xiaoping. Xiaoping and Chihiro's daughter Maki (played by Hoshino Mari) is about to give birth, which makes Xiaoping see Chihiro again, and a letter thirty years late allows Xiaoping to finally understand Chihiro's deep and sincere feelings for him.
