Che Guevara: Guerrilla

In 1959, the "July 26 Movement", a guerrilla organization led by Che Guevara (Benicio Del Toro) and Fidel Castro (Rodrigo Santoro), finally overthrew the Batista regime and established a new government in Cuba. However, as time went by, Che and Fidel gradually had differences in their philosophy of governing the country. Eventually, he resigned from his important position in the government, gave up his family and his identity as a Cuban citizen, and once again devoted himself to the war to liberate the Third World. After many twists and turns, Che came to Bolivia and launched a guerrilla revolutionary movement with the Bolivian National Liberation Army. When Bolivian President René Barrientos (Joaquim de Almeida) learned of Che's arrival, he decided to eliminate this troublesome revolutionary at all costs... In order to reproduce the revolutionary years of revolutionary Che Guevara in detail, the famous American Hollywood director Steven Soderbergh spent 4 hours portraying this legendary hero. In the end, according to the needs of theaters, the film was divided into two parts for release. The film won the 2008 Cannes Film Award
