Farewell to the Loved Ones

Mr. Stephens (Anthony Hopkins) is a loyal servant who once served as the butler of a famous British prince. Currently, he is concentrating on taking care of the new owner Lord Darlington's mansion and becoming the great butler here. Here comes Keaton (Emma Thompson), a housekeeper. She is smart and capable, and is more flexible than Stephens in handling housework. At first, Stephens often had some minor conflicts with her. However, as time went by, Stephens was secretly impressed by the kind-hearted Keaton. Although Keaton repeatedly showed his true feelings and betrayed his love in every gesture. But at every emotional moment, Stephens suppressed his emotions, and his love for Keaton turned into a story buried in silence. Keaton reluctantly bid farewell to this fruitless love and went away to marry as a woman. Time passed by and the two met again.
