In a society where real estate hegemony, government-business collusion, wealth disparity... have become the main theme, some people choose to remain silent, while others insist on fighting. Dropout master's student Lang (played by Guan Chuyao) threatens to rob a bank with a bomb, intending to accuse society of robbing the rich and giving to the poor. Unexpectedly, the exit is accidentally blown up, and Lang and the hostages--the police detective Jianhao (played by Huang Guanzhong) whose career has stopped due to eye disease, the bank employee Yunyi (played by Tse Anqi) who has no integrity in the workplace, the infatuated and mismatched divorced lady Rebecca (played by Chen Meiqi), and the retired teacher Uncle De (played by Teddy Robin) who is tireless in teaching but has been eliminated by the times, are trapped in a bank that looks like a secret room. Five sections of floating city laments are intertwined. Where will the case go? Will these five imminent bombs become a new starting point for a new start, or will they end up on the road to destiny?
