Himalayas 2015

The movie tells the story of South Korean mountaineer Park Mooja who died in 2004 while climbing Mount Everest at an altitude of 8750M. In order to recover the remains of his companions and put them to rest, Yan Hongji (played by Huang Zhengmin) led a delegation to Mount Everest and began a new expedition. On May 29, Yan Hongji and his team members lived up to expectations and found Pu Wuzhai's body at 8700 M. They held a grand burial ceremony on the top of the snow-capped roof of the world and erected a monument in his memory. After this incident was exposed, it also triggered a wave of emotions. Korean actor Hwang Jung-min plays the role of Um Hong-gil, the first Korean mountaineer in Asia to complete 14 8,000-meter climbs in the film. The film will be produced by JK Film, which has released films such as "Haeundae", "Dancing Queen", and "Dragon", and director Kang Dae Kyu, who has demonstrated his delicate photography skills through "Harmony", will direct again. The film will also be filmed on-site in snow-capped mountains in Nepal and other places to show a more realistic snow-capped mountains.
