In the mental hospital, Alex meets three other friends - Laura (Jella Haase), a 17-year-old girl with a very tragic past, Feja (Moritz Leu), who is unusually shy and has experienced school violence in school, and Dimo ​​(Jannis Niewöhner), who has violent tendencies.
