He Lingjie (played by Tang Debao), a middle school student in Tin Shui Wai, lives in a troubled family: his mother has a mental disorder, his father is addicted to gambling and violence, and his younger brother has been missing for two years. The police suddenly visited He Lingjie at school and brought news that his younger brother He Junjie (played by Huang Yihao) committed murder and attempted suicide. The young and Dangerous boy threatened He Lingjie to hand over the drugs his younger brother had stolen, and He Lingjie got acquainted with his younger brother's companions Bai Mu and Jizi. He Lingjie, who only focused on studying in the chaotic campus, never stood up for his beaten brother, and he had no idea what kind of life his brother lived in the two years after he left home.
