Christmas Legend

On Christmas Eve, when everything is filled with festive atmosphere, a writer receives a mysterious phone call. The person on the other end of the phone is none other than Nicholas (Hannu-Pekka Björkman), the only Santa Claus in the world. Our story tells the fantasy life of this legendary old man. Nicholas, who was unfortunately orphaned since childhood, lives on a small island in Finland, where the residents take turns taking care of Nicholas. In order to thank the kind people who adopted him, whenever he is about to leave a family, Nicholas will present a small gift made by himself to express his gratitude. The outbreak of famine plunged the residents into panic. In desperation, they sent Nicholas to work as an apprentice named Lisazzi (played by John Turturro). It was this special experience that changed Nicholas' life.
