Ouchi Secret Agent Ling Lingfa

Ling Linggong, Ling Lingxi, Ling Lingfa (played by Stephen Chow), and Ling Lingcai are the four masters of the palace, dedicated to protecting the safety of the emperor (played by Zhang Tat Ming). Although he is known as one of the four masters, Ling Lingfa can only make some small inventions but not martial arts.
