Safe and Sound

The story takes place in an ordinary family in Southern California. Carol (Julianne Moore) and her husband Greg (Xander Berkeley) have been married for many years and raise their children together. Greg's career is going smoothly, and Carol lives without worries about food and clothing. The family is a model family in the eyes of others. However, one day, the calm days suddenly came to an end. Carol began to suffer from nosebleeds, dizziness, and inability to breathe, and these symptoms became more and more serious as time went by. For this reason, Carol and Greg frequently sought medical consultation, but what confused them was that judging from the test report, all of Carol's body organs were functioning normally, but the symptoms she showed were indeed real.
