"Looking for a Child"

"Looking for a Child", a film co-produced by Canada and India, tells the story of the protagonist Mohendra, who makes a living by repairing zippers. After learning that his 12-year-old son Siddharth, who works outside the home, is missing, he begins to search for his son across India with a few clues. Although there has been no news from Sidharth, the family is still praying and regaining hope in life. The film is directed by Canadian director Ricky Mehta, whose film "Legacy" won more than 30 international awards, including Canadian Genie Award nominations for Best Film, Best Director and Best Screenplay. The film's producers, Stephen Bray and David Miller, are also the producers of the film "Legacy." The film also invited the famous Asian movie star Tanisha Chatri as the heroine. Her wonderful performance in "Brick Street" (2007) was nominated for the British Independent Film Award for Best Actress and won the 2007 Bangladesh Film Journalists Association Best Actress Award.
