"The Woman on the Negative" is a foreign language film directed by Japanese thriller and suspense master Kiyoshi Kurosawa for the first time. The film was released nationwide in the fall of 2016. The film "The Woman on the Negative" focuses on the thriller love story with the theme of the daguerreotype photography technique invented in 1893. Jean, who became an apprentice to photographer Stephen due to a small incident, fell in love with Mary, the daughter of the same family.
