Saul Tenzer is a beloved performance artist who suffers from Accelerated Evolution Syndrome, which results in the growth of unexpected new organs in his body. Together with his partner, Caplis, Tenzer turned the process of removing these organs into a spectacle—performing it in real time in a theater, to the amazement of its loyal fans. But with both the government and queer subcultures concerned, Tenze was forced to consider what would be his most shocking performance.
