In 2010, the super-large typhoon Oki swept across Fukuoka. The natural gas drilling platform named "Leglia" in this area was violently attacked. A nearby cargo ship crashed into the platform, causing a strong fire. In order to prevent tragic losses and protect major national projects, Daisuke Senzaki (played by Hideaki Ito) and his partner Tetsuya Yoshioka (played by Ryota Sato), who are affiliated with the Kagoshima Air Base in the 10th District, were ordered to enter the crisis-ridden "Leglia" under the leadership of Koichiro Sakuragi (played by Masaya Kato), the designer of the company to which the platform belongs. The typhoon shows no sign of weakening, and "Leglia" may have a super powerful explosion at any time. At a critical moment of life and death, Senzaki and his comrades faced an unprecedented test... This film is adapted from the comic work "Umimon" based on Yoichi Komori and created by Hidemine Sato.
