The story takes place in the picturesque Belang Bay, Sharon (Chrissie Chau) and Rachel (Fu Ying) With the gift of the sun and the beach, beach volleyball has become their biggest hobby. By chance, Sharon met a man named Tim (played by Luo Zhongqian). Tim is the son of a local rich man. The rich man planned to acquire Belang Bay and develop it into a tourist resort, which aroused dissatisfaction among the villagers. In the end, both sides decided to use beach volleyball to decide the outcome. In this way, Sharon and Rachel began rigorous training, while the rich man sent Natalie and Natasha, and the two teams were equally matched in strength.
