The incredible history of Rose Island

Giorgio, a gifted but misunderstood engineer, has hit rock bottom. He's been fired, his parents won't speak to him, and his girlfriend dumped him after he accidentally got himself and his girlfriend arrested (long story...). Tired of the stuffy Italian society of the late 1960s, Giorgio hatches an impossible plan; he's going to build his own island in the sea. Joined by a group of revolutionaries and deportees, the Republic of Rose Island was founded and declared independent, with Giorgiou named president. However, their team's values ​​and resilience will be tested when the Italian Prime Minister considers Giorgio's ideal island to be Italy's number one enemy.
