The Lament of Richard Jewell

The film is adapted from real events. Richard Jewell is known to the world as the security guard who discovered the bomb device during the 1996 Atlanta Olympics bombing. He acted quickly and saved countless lives and became a hero. But within a few days, the situation took a turn for the worse. He, who dreamed of becoming a law enforcement officer, was slandered by the media and the public. He became the FBI's number one suspect and fell into an unprecedented predicament. Jewell sought help from independent attorney Watson Bryant and firmly asserted his innocence. However, in the process of eluting Jewell's charges, Bryant found that he was fighting against the joint resistance of the FBI, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and the police; at the same time, he kept reminding Richard not to believe anyone trying to destroy him...
