Rookie Thunderbolt

Nick (Clint Eastwood) is a police officer responsible for detecting car gang theft. However, after being in this position for so long, Nick has not even solved a single case, which makes him somewhat embarrassed in front of his colleagues. By chance, Nick discovered that a man named Hurricane (Raul Julia) might be the mastermind behind a car theft gang, which cheered Nick up. This might be his only chance to commit crime. In this way, Nick and his partner began to track the case. Unexpectedly, during the confrontation, Nick's partner unfortunately died in the line of duty. This case was classified as a murder case because it involved a homicide. Nick lost the right to investigate the case, but how could this stubborn man let the fish on his lips slip away in vain?
