Electric Power

The story takes place in the United States in the 19th century, when the Second Industrial Revolution was in full swing. The two most well-known electricity entrepreneurs at the time were Edison (Benedict Cumberbatch) and Westinghouse (Michael Shannon). They regarded each other as their mortal enemies, evenly matched and facing each other tit for tat. Edison was the inventor of direct current. He was arrogant, arrogant, and ambitious, and made many enemies at the time. One day, a man named Tesla (Nicholas Hoult) invented an alternating current that was different from Edison. In order to seize the market, Westinghouse quickly extended an olive branch to Tesla and invited him to work for him. The emergence of alternating current once again changed people's understanding of electricity and greatly promoted the revolutionary process.
