The Revenant

Hugh glass (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a fur hunter who was severely injured by a bear during a hunting trip. He was rescued by his fellow boat captain Andrew Henry (Domhnall Gleeson). The captain hired two men, John Fitzgerald (Tom Hardy) ) and Jim Bridger (Will Poulter) come to take care of him. John Fitzgerald had no intention of taking care of Glass, and only wanted to take Glass's property as his own, so he brutally killed Glass's son and persuaded Jim Bridger to abandon Glass in the wilderness to die. The two originally thought that Glass would die like this, but with strong perseverance, Glass traveled through the wild wilderness for several months, finally returned to a safe zone and began his revenge plan. The film is adapted from Michael Punk's novel of the same name.
