In the bustling downtown area, a man with a violent temper (Kenji Kaneji) ) was pushed into the rolling traffic and crushed to death. This man is the son of the president of Terahara (played by Renji Ishibashi), who has a mafia-backed company, Florian. Two years ago, he drove a car into a crowd and caused mass casualties, but he escaped unscathed by relying on his father's power. Suzuki (played by Toma Ikuta), who works for Floraine, witnessed a car accident. His lover died under the wheel of the other party. He originally wanted to take revenge by himself, but now he was involved in an unpredictable whirlpool. In a nearby tall building, the mysterious killer Whale (played by Tadanobu Asano) employed by Terahara is encouraging his prey to commit suicide, while downstairs, the cold-blooded killer known as Chan (played by Ryosuke Yamada) has received instructions from his introducer Yanxi (played by Murakami Jun) to prepare to kill Whale.
