Although He Yongchao (played by Eddie) was born in the underworld area, he applied for the police academy when he grew up and eventually graduated with excellent results and became a policeman. However, He Yongchao's first task after taking up the job was to be sent to the underworld as an undercover agent. He Yongchao relied on his extraordinary wisdom and courage to hide his identity, dealt with the enemy, provided a lot of important information to his boss, and was deeply trusted by his boss.
