Masked Heroes

The story takes place during the turbulent period at the beginning of the Western Han Dynasty. The emperor of the Han Dynasty killed the White Snake with his three-foot sword, captured the Three Chapters of the Xianyang Treaty, defeated the Qin Dynasty, destroyed Xiang Yu, and resisted the barbarians, and finally reunited the Central Plains, which had been war-torn for many years. However, not long after the founding of the People's Republic of China, Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty passed away, and the powerful and tyrannical Empress Lu took over the power, enfeoffed the relatives of the Lu family, and massacred Liu's descendants. Liu Heng (played by Wang Qinghe) who was far away in Dai Kingdom could not escape the killing. The Queen Mother had already sent her confidant Lu Kun (played by Park No-sik) to replace the king's head. Unexpectedly, a masked hero sneaked into the palace and stole the secret edict. One night, Dai Wang was alone in the palace, worried about the country and the people, and could not sleep at night. At this moment, the masked hero broke into the palace and was stopped by the soldiers, but he still handed over the secret edict to the king. King Dai was horrified, and his sister Princess Wenyang (played by Fang Ying) came up with a plan to go to Chang'an for help under the pretense of treating her mother. The fate of the Han Dynasty hangs by a thread...
