Synopsis
Park Wan-soo (played by Kam Woo-sung) will never exceed 60 km/h even if he drives on a road without cameras. After his wife filed for divorce and his boss fired him, he, who had always behaved himself and behaved according to the rules, finally, after a series of explosive behaviors, provocatively peed in the street in front of a "No Urination" sign. Park Wan-soo's first and only extraordinary behavior was actually caught by the police. Park Wan-soo, a good citizen, encountered Yang Cheol-kun (played by Kim Soo-ro) at the police station who came to ask the police to arrest him. Yang Chekun is the complete opposite of Park Man-soo. He talks loudly and likes to make trouble unreasonably. Yang Chekun is a person who can use prison as a refuge, and going in and out of the police station is his daily routine. One is anxious to go home to deal with the problems with his wife, the other is anxious to go to jail to enjoy free dinner, coupled with a large group of "fair and strict" police officers, a ridiculous and slightly tragic story begins.
