Junior high school sophomore Shuichi Kushimori (Ninomiya Kazuya) ) lives with her mother Tomoko (Kumiko Akiyoshi) and sister Haruka (Ann Suzuki). Shuichi's father died in a car accident in his early years. Ten years ago, his mother remarried Sone Ryuuji (played by Yamamoto Husei), and this marriage died due to Sone's violent tendencies.
