Alligator Sneakers

The story takes place in a quiet town, where Durst (Joseph Mazzello) and Eric (Brad Renfro) are a pair of peers living next to each other. A medical accident broke Durst's peaceful life. Due to contamination of medical equipment, Durst contracted the terrible AIDS during a blood transfusion. Although the misfortune fell from the sky and was no one's fault, the Durst family was still isolated and ostracized by the residents. In everyone's eyes, Eric is a troublesome child. He seems to have a difficult relationship with everyone due to his withdrawn personality. One day, Eric and Durst met across a bamboo fence. The two people with similar temperaments quickly became friends. Eric tried every means to cure Durst's disease. After many treatments failed, Eric resolutely took Durst on a journey to seek medical treatment.
