Chefer (Jason Statham) falling from a helicopter ) was not dead. When he woke up, he was lying in a dark clinic where a few crappy Hong Kong doctors were performing a heart transplant. During this period, Johnny Wan, a young gangster, interfered by his side from time to time. After the surgery, Chefer received an artificial heart from Avicor and a belt battery. Doctors told Chefer that to keep his heart active, he had to keep charging his body. Believing that Johnny Wan had stolen his heart, Chefer gave chase. At a sex social club, he happened to rescue Rhea (Ghost), a prostitute. At a nightclub, he met his pole-dancing girlfriend Eve (Amy Smart). A shootout at the nightclub drew the police, but the electric baton only recharged Chefer. Chefer, who chased him to the racetrack, made a fool of himself in front of everyone in order to recharge his batteries.
