Breaking Point

Johnny (Keanu Reeves) (played by Gary Busey) is an FBI agent who is investigating a series of bank robberies with his old partner Pappas (Gary Busey). However, this cunning criminal gang acts rigorously and shrewdly, using the masks of multiple former presidents to disguise themselves every time they commit a crime. The only clue Johnny has is Pappas' reasoning: the criminal is probably a surfer. In order to detect the case as soon as possible, Johnny decided to go to the beach to learn to surf in search of clues. In the process, Johnny met surfing masters Puti (Patrick Swayze) and Taylor (Lori Petty). He was attracted by Puti's ideological charm and leadership, fell in love with the exciting sport of surfing, and formed deep friendships with a group of surfers. However, in all the details of getting along, Johnny gradually began to suspect that these excellent friends were the mysterious gang he was looking for...
