Pilot Dix (played by John Travolta) and Colonel Hill (played by Christian Slater) have been partners for many years. Although they performed well, they have never been promoted. Unconvinced, Dex decided to use his own methods to get everything he deserved from the government. So, during a flight mission, Dix kicked Hill out of the cabin in order to hijack two nuclear bombs on a stealth plane. Fortunately, Hill carried a parachute and survived. After Dux obtained the nuclear bomb, he threatened a huge amount of ransom from the government, otherwise he would destroy the nuclear bomb in the city. On the other hand, Hill and the beautiful policewoman Terry (Samantha Mathis) are chasing Dax and carrying back a nuclear bomb!
