Around 1000 AD, tribal leader Bard (Alexanda Morton) confronts Harold (Mads Mikkelsen), a one-eyed dragon warrior of unknown origin. Mikkelsen) made things difficult for him in every possible way. Instead of thinking that he was a member of his own race and protecting him, he thought that he was a dangerous creature cursed by hatred, and angrily sentenced him to prison. Harold was bound and tortured in the wilderness. Fortunately, he meets Al (played by Maarten Stevenson), a clever 10-year-old boy. With Al's rescue, Harold has just escaped from prison. The two formed a life-and-death alliance and embarked on the road to escape from the heart of darkness. On the way, they boarded a pirate ship trying to find a paradise, but the river was lost in fog. After the boat floated on the sea for 40 days, it reached an unknown land. However, when Harold and others landed, they were ambushed by the indigenous people. The pirates were cursed with a terrible curse and suffered heavy casualties. Little Al was also unfortunately captured. While rescuing his benefactor, Harold gradually uncovered the mystery of his life experience...
