A fire suddenly broke out in the Los Angeles aircraft manufacturing factory, worker Birkin (Robert Cummings) ) and her friend Jane fought the fire bravely, but Jane was unfortunately killed in the flames. Later investigation found that the fire extinguisher Birkin handed to Jane was filled with electric oil, so the police designated Birkin as a major suspect and launched a manhunt. After learning of this situation, Birkin recalled that the fire extinguisher was actually in the hands of a worker named Frye, but the police did not give Birkin a chance to explain. At the critical moment, Birkin struggled to escape and tracked Frye's whereabouts to clear himself of the crime. At the farm where Fry worked, Birkin discovered that the farmer Dupin was also involved in the matter, so he ran away in a hurry. On the road to escape, Platinum met advertising model Petty (Priscilla Lane). Platinum used her sincerity to dispel the latter's doubts about herself and walked with her. In a remote town where Fry might be hiding, Birkin disguised himself as Dupin's man and infiltrated the mysterious sabotage organization...
