Clara (Isabél Zuaa) (played by Marjorie Estiano) is a nurse. One day, she received a mysterious commission asking her to take care of a pregnant woman named Anna (played by Marjorie Estiano). The attentive Clara took good care of Anna, and Anna was very friendly to Clara. Over time, a deep friendship was formed between the two, and Anna gradually began to open up to Clara and reveal her past. It turns out that Anna was once a wealthy lady who was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, but was kicked out of her home because she was pregnant. The father of the child in her belly was not a human, but a werewolf. Although this secret made Clara feel very scared, she still tried her best to fulfill her duties. Unfortunately, during the delivery process, Anna died due to dystocia, leaving behind the born little werewolf.
