在鼎泰春秋的拍卖会上，古董商黄立德（李幼斌 饰）指出一件市博要收藏的官窑重器为朱仿（朱伯勤仿制的赝品），此举令佟馆长蒙羞而投河自尽。佟的徒弟郑岩（邢佳栋 饰），发誓要为师傅报仇，并照顾师傅的女儿佟丽音（司光敏 饰）一辈子。为了寻觅仿制者朱学勤，郑岩来到黄立德家中求教，却跟他的女儿黄忆江（宋 佳 饰）不期而遇，原来两人曾在古玩市场上有过接触，为了一件唐三彩彼此互不相让。为此，忆江专门到郑岩供职的安蒂克拍卖公司，跟他做了同事。然而，在安蒂克拍卖会上，郑岩收的瓷瓶再次被证明是朱仿，这不但令公司损失惨重，也让郑岩被迫离开了安蒂克。此后，郑岩一直跟忆江和朋友夏海生（张博 饰），寻找朱仿流出的始作俑者，从此引发了一段涉及身世、情感、欲望的曲折故事……
