革命军王排长、张起云等押运五万元捐款走在戈壁滩上，遭西北恶霸董世英的埋伏，一场血战，王排长牺牲，张起云重伤被游侠黑驼头救走，带到土妹家。宁夏地方军参谋周海平、彭连长押着驮队，在戈壁中遇到沙暴，迷路闯进土妹家。周海平淫心大作扑向土妹，彭连长的枪口对着黑驼头。正在紧急时刻，张起云策马赶到，杀死兵士救了黑驼头和土妹。他们从缴获的一封信中得知：宁夏护军使马福强派周海平带着枪支和委任状去表彰董世英，并带回劫持的五万银元。张起云和黑驼头决定假冒周、彭去闯董家屯劫回革命军的五万元。不料二人被董世英女儿的未婚夫看出破绽，抓了起来。董世英的女儿董如凤同情革命，向往革命，又救了他们。正当董世英得意地押着驼队离开董家庄时，黑驼率几百骆驮冲了过来一…董如凤和张起云牵着骆驼向远方走去。
